This is what the garden looks like now. I got a bunch of really nice radishes yesterday. I pulled another tomato yesterday and this one had a split top also. I'd like to know why that keeps happening.

Caught Whisper on the camera in the basement AGAIN.
Thought maybe she wasn't really allergic to the Amoxicillian and tried it again.
She started throwing up 45 minutes later.

Wound up taking her back to the vet-A urine stick-X-Ray, second round of IV antibiotic, and analysis later, it turns out this time it's behavior.

Fan-freaking-tastic...
Another $200 to find this out.

Every Summer I wind up with ants all over in the front and back yard.
I wind up spraying tons of ant spray and it works till it rains.
I read a lot of really good reviews of these Terro liquid outdoor ant traps so I decided to buy a bunch and give them a try. It'ss too early to say how it winds up, they are being drawn to these things like a magnet!

Ants are a disease...and I'm the cure...

This is one of my two "Seagate Freeagent" external drives.
I use, (used), this to store my MP3s and I noticed music was disappearing.

Then I saw when I reboot windows would keep saying how it had to check that drive for accuracy and would delete "entries" it said were incorrect.

I downloaded a cd last night and one of the songs on it really made me remember just how much I miss my Dad. He passed just past 11 years ago the last week, and when I heard it, it brought back a lot.

I was actually not to far from where he is buried and briefly thought of taking a picture of the headstone, but decided that was morbid.
I decided a nice pic of a really nice day would suffice.

This is Whisper. She's 14. I met her right when I split up with my Wife and worked an AWFUL job at The Maryland School for the Blind. That period of my life was my "Sleigh ride to hell"

I was working at the blind school and actually had a dorm room on campus. I wasn't allowed pets. I went into a pet store and this kitten MEOWED at me from across the room. I went over and asked to play with her. She wasn't very affectionate, and only seemed to want me to go to her so she could give me hell, but I really liked her for some reason. I think it was that she was so cranky-(I was going through a very bad divorce). I DID drink a lot back then.

I went to play pool with a friend and on the way home I told her I wanted her to meet a friend of mine. We stopped at the store and I wound up taking her home that night. She's a crab and I love her dearly. Her name is Whisper. She and Dru completely Loathe each other.

I had a friend go to Animal control when he was looking for a dog. They only keep the animals 3 business days so I try to go there since they hardly have a chance. While there I came across this cage with a big sign saying "BITE CASE". I looked inside and there was this cute little 3 month old kitten waving her paws at me wanting to play. One of the workers there walked by and I asked what the deal was with the sign. They said, "Oh, we consider a cat to be a Bite Case if they scratch someone and draw blood." I said, "Oh yeah...cause that NEVER happens..." The guy said "Oh it happens all the time!" To which I said, "That was my sarcastic voice..." I took her home a few days later.

This is Spike. If you watch the right TV you know where that's from. I got Spike in 2001 from Animal control. He was flea ridden and looked pretty beaten up but he cleaned up nicely. He loves to follow me around to every room in the house and make sure he knows where I am.
That spot there on the couch is his.
When I come home, the two girls want to be fed, but Spike wants to see me.

This is the house rented by the family whose 5 year old child is forever running around unsupervised. Apparently they left an empty pot on their stove with it on and the fire dept was called after the neighbors next to them smelled the smoke. Guess there was no smoke alarm either. No one was home. As of this post they are unaware the Fire Department was called. There were 3 fire trucks and 3 cop cars here.
